Yarn Pallette
I started knitting in kindergarten, over half a century ago, and began to crochet soon afterward. Knitting has been my joy, my relief, and my sanity. It complements my writing because it makes me think in terms of color and texture. The story is much more vivid when I can put it aside and pick up something that engages all of my senses, one way or another. This is my pallette -- 3588 colors to date, many bought on coast to coast yarn binges alternating between national parks and yarn stores, one transforming the other in my eyes, under my fingers. The following is only a sample of my work. I welcome challenges and commissions.
